Office Users and Upgraders

Questions about this item

Will this EliteDesk 800 G4 SFF run my existing DisplayPort 1.2 monitors without adapters?

Yes, the unit provides two DisplayPort 1.2 outputs that connect directly to compatible monitors.

Can I keep using my USB 2.0 keyboard and mouse with the ports on this desktop?

The system includes two USB 2.0 Type-A ports, one with PowerShare, so legacy USB 2.0 peripherals will work natively.

How can I confirm the 1 TB NVMe drive is recognised and set as the boot device after first power-on?

Open Windows Settings, go to System > Storage and verify the 1 TB NVMe appears as the primary drive with Windows 11 Pro installed.
