Compact business desktop

The HP EliteDesk 800 G6 Mini is a small-form-factor PC built around a 10th generation Intel Core i5-10500T processor with 6 cores and 12 threads running up to 3.80 GHz. It ships with 64GB of DDR4 memory and a 2TB solid-state drive. Windows 11 Pro is pre-installed, making it ready for office deployment or home-office use straight out of the box.

Bundled input kit

A wireless keyboard and mouse are included, removing the need to source separate peripherals for immediate setup. The system also provides three USB Type-A 10Gbps ports, three USB Type-A 5Gbps ports and one USB Type-C 10Gbps port for additional accessories. Two DisplayPort outputs support dual-monitor configurations without extra adapters.

Integrated graphics ceiling

Visual output relies on the Intel UHD Graphics 630 engine built into the processor, which handles general productivity and video playback but is not suited to demanding 3D workloads or modern gaming titles. The 35 W processor thermal design and compact chassis limit sustained high-load performance compared with larger workstations. Expandability is restricted to the provided ports and internal slots.

The system already ships with 64 GB of DDR4, so no memory upgrade is required for typical workloads.

What limits sustained performance of the 35 W Intel Core i5-10500T?

The 35 W power envelope is the first limit reached under continuous heavy load.

How much heat and noise does the mini chassis produce when running all day?

The 35 W processor keeps thermal output low, allowing the small fan to stay quiet during extended use.
