Wireless print server

The HP J8030A Jetdirect 3000W adds 802.11b and 802.11g wireless connectivity to compatible HP PageWide Managed MFPs. It enables peer-to-peer printing and NFC tap-to-print for mobile users. The module installs directly into the printer to share the device across a network without cables.

Mobile and networked offices

This server suits workplaces that need wireless printing from laptops, phones or tablets on the supported PageWide E77650 and E77660 models. It also helps IT teams simplify fleet management with standard network protocols. Environments that require wired-only Ethernet or printers outside the listed PageWide series should look elsewhere.

802.11b/g wireless interface

The single deciding specification is the 802.11b/g wireless radio with NFC support. This determines whether the printer can join an existing Wi-Fi network and accept mobile print jobs directly. Verify that the target MFP is an E77650 or E77660 before purchasing.
