HP LaserJet Enterprise 600 M601N

This monochrome laser printer delivers up to 45 ppm at 1200 x 1200 dpi for high-volume office printing. The bundle includes a new generic toner cartridge rated for 10000 pages. Ethernet connectivity enables direct network integration. It suits workgroups needing reliable black-and-white output.

Suits offices needing fast monochrome printing

Buyers who want colour output should look elsewhere. Users requiring Wi-Fi or USB-only connections will need a different model. Organisations needing higher paper capacity than 600 sheets must consider other devices. The 30-day depot warranty covers initial hardware defects only.

Ethernet RJ-45 network interface

The sole wired network port is the only way to connect this printer to your infrastructure. No wireless or direct USB printing is supported. Verify that your environment provides a compatible Ethernet drop before purchase. This single interface determines deployment flexibility.

Questions about this item

How is the Ethernet network connection set up on the HP LaserJet Enterprise 600 M601N, and what step is often missed?

Connect the supplied network cable to the RJ-45 port and configure the IP address via the control panel or web interface; the step often missed is printing a configuration page first to confirm the current network settings before making changes.

Which consumable will need replacement first and what is its rated yield?

The included generic HP CE390A toner cartridge is rated for 10000 pages and will be the first consumable to require replacement under normal use.

What is the maximum sustained output before the paper trays must be reloaded?

The printer holds up to 600 sheets across its input trays, so continuous printing stops at 600 pages until paper is added.
