HP LaserJet Pro M521DN Monochrome Multifunction Laser Printer 42 ppm Duplex Ethernet 650 sheets CE255X toner

Mono MFP for workgroups

The HP LaserJet Pro M521DN is a monochrome multifunction laser printer built for offices that need print copy scan and fax in one device. It delivers up to 42 ppm black output with 1200 x 1200 dpi resolution and handles up to 650 sheets of input capacity. Ethernet connectivity places it directly on the network for shared access.

Duplex ready with ADF and Ethernet

Automatic duplex printing cuts paper use while the automatic document feeder enables unattended multipage scan copy and fax jobs. The RJ-45 port provides wired network integration and the bundle includes a generic CE255X toner rated for 12500 pages. The unit has been fully cleaned with worn rollers fuser film and other consumables replaced before testing.

Replaces single function printers and slower MFPs

Offices moving up from single function lasers or lower volume MFPs gain duplex networking and a 33.6 kbps fax modem in one footprint. The jump is worth it when daily volumes approach the 650 sheet tray limit and when scan to email or network folders are needed. Buyers who require colour output or wireless direct print should look elsewhere.
