HP Notebook 15-dy1122nr laptop

The HP Notebook 15-dy1122nr laptop is a 15.0" home and personal system designed for everyday mobility. Its thin and light chassis incorporates a micro-edge bezel HD display with an 81% screen-to-body ratio. A Dual-Core Intel 10th Generation Core i3 processor and flash-based storage deliver reliable performance for common tasks. Long-lasting battery life with fast-charge technology supports extended use away from a power outlet.

Suited to students and home users needing

This device suits buyers who want a lightweight 15-inch laptop for web browsing, streaming and document work. The integrated precision touchpad with multi-touch support aids navigation. It is not for users who require a dedicated graphics processor, a higher-resolution panel or more than two processing cores. Buyers needing multiple high-speed ports or a numeric keypad should look at other form factors.

Straightforward setup with minimal friction

Windows completes the initial configuration on first boot, so the laptop is ready to use within minutes. The micro-edge bezel reduces overall width, helping the unit fit into standard 15-inch sleeves. A common issue is the glossy HD panel reflecting bright overhead lighting, which can reduce visibility outdoors. The 81% screen-to-body ratio leaves slim side borders, so care is needed when opening the lid one-handed to avoid stressing the hinges.
