OmniBook X 17 AI laptop

The HP OmniBook X is a 17.3 inch Windows 11 Pro laptop with a Full HD IPS touchscreen. It runs on an Intel Ultra 7 256V processor with 8 cores and 14 threads reaching up to 4.8 GHz. A dedicated GeForce RTX 4050 GPU handles graphics workloads. The system includes 16GB DDR5 memory and a 512GB NVMe SSD.

Who this suits and who should look elsewhere

This laptop suits professionals and students who want a large touch display, stylus-ready input, and dedicated graphics for creative apps or light engineering tasks. The backlit keyboard and 720p webcam support long typing sessions and video calls. Buyers who need more than 512GB of internal storage or a higher resolution panel should consider other models.

Specification that decides fit

The single specification that decides fit is the 17.3 inch 1920 x 1080 IPS touchscreen combined with the RTX 4050 6GB GPU. This pairing fixes both the visual workspace and the graphics ceiling. If your workflow demands a larger canvas or more GPU memory, this configuration will not match those requirements.
