Roll dimensions and finish

This roll measures 42 inches wide by 150 feet long and has a glossy surface. The adhesive vinyl is 4.8 mil thick and 9.8 mil thick including the liner. It is supplied as a single new roll from HP.

Surface and printer compatibility

The permanent adhesive requires a clean, smooth substrate for reliable bonding. Confirm that your large-format printer accepts 42-inch media and can handle the combined 9.8 mil thickness with liner. The glossy finish is designed for solvent, latex and UV-curable inks.

Replaces narrower or shorter rolls

Users moving from smaller widths or shorter lengths gain continuous output without frequent roll changes. The jump is worthwhile for high-volume signage, vehicle graphics or window displays where 42-inch coverage and 150-foot run length reduce downtime. Buyers needing only occasional short prints may find the roll size excessive.
