The HP ProLiant DL360 Gen9 is a 1U rack server fitted with a single Intel Xeon E5-2620 v3 six-core processor running at 2.4GHz and 16GB of DDR4 memory. It includes the B140i software RAID controller that supports RAID 0, 1, 5 and 10 for SATA drives. Two 500W redundant hot-swap power supplies are installed.

It does not suit buyers who require hardware RAID acceleration or more than 16GB of installed memory without adding modules. The B140i controller provides software RAID for SATA drives only, so SAS drives will not be managed by this controller.
