HPE Refurbished
An 8 GB DDR3 server memory module with ECC and registered signal processing for compatible HP ProLiant systems
This 8 GB DDR3 DIMM is built for HPE ProLiant servers including the BL465c Gen8 and DL385p Gen8. It delivers ECC registered operation at 1600 MHz for workloads that require error correction and signal integrity.
The 240-pin DIMM fits standard DDR3 server slots and is keyed to prevent misalignment. Installers must verify the server model matches the supported list; other ProLiant generations or non-HPE platforms will not recognise the module.
ECC circuitry corrects single-bit errors continuously during long compute cycles without halting the system. Registered signalling reduces electrical load on the memory controller, helping stability when all slots are populated for extended periods.
