HPE Color LaserJet CP-4525DN Bundle

The HPE Color LaserJet CP-4525DN is a network-ready colour laser printer bundled with new generic toner cartridges. It prints both black and colour pages at up to 42 ppm with a resolution of 1200 x 1200 dpi. The unit supports automatic duplex printing and connects via Ethernet for shared office use. A 600-sheet input capacity handles large jobs without frequent refills.

Suited for busy offices needing fast colour output

This printer fits workgroups that require consistent duplex colour documents and network sharing. Buyers who want wireless or mobile printing should look elsewhere, as only wired Ethernet is provided. Those needing higher paper capacity or advanced finishing options will not find them here. The bundle suits users who accept cosmetic discoloration on a fully tested machine.

Straightforward network setup with included cables

Installation involves connecting the supplied power and network cables, then loading paper and toner. Drivers and user guides are downloaded from the manufacturer website rather than included on media. The unit arrives fully cleaned with worn parts replaced, reducing early paper-jam risk. Generic toner cartridges install like originals but may trigger non-HP supply messages.

Questions about this item

What network connection does the CP-4525DN need to join a LAN?

The printer connects through its built-in Ethernet (RJ-45) port; plug a standard network cable into the jack and the device will appear on the network.

Will the PCL 5, PostScript 3, PCL 6 and PDF 1.4 language simulations work with legacy print servers?

Yes, the printer emulates PCL 5, PostScript 3, PCL 6 and PDF 1.4, so older print servers that send jobs in any of those languages will drive it without extra drivers.

How can I verify the 1200 x 1200 dpi output after installing the toner bundle?

Print a configuration page from the control panel; the page lists the active resolution and shows sharp text and graphics at 1200 x 1200 dpi.
