Dual-Monitor KVM Switch for Two PCs

This HUAKAN KVM switch lets a single keyboard, mouse and dual-monitor setup control two computers or laptops. It supports extended, mirrored or spliced display modes, making it practical for home-office, design, editing or gaming workflows that span two screens.

HDMI 2.0 Limits at 4K 60 Hz

The unit follows the HDMI 2.0 standard and passes 4096x2160 or 3840x2160 at 60 Hz, 2560x1440 at 144 Hz and 1920x1080 at 144 Hz with HDCP and auto EDID. Resolutions or refresh rates beyond those figures are not supported, and any VGA, DVI, USB-C or DisplayPort sources require separate active adapters.

Upgrade from Single-Monitor or Software KVMs

It replaces a single-monitor switch or software-based sharing when you need true dual-head hardware switching with zero latency. The jump is worth it when workflows demand simultaneous 4K 60 Hz output on both screens and instant switching via button, hotkey, mouse click, wired remote or auto-scan.

Questions about this item

Should I pick the 2-port or 4-port version for dual-monitor use?

This model is a 2-port dual-monitor KVM; each computer connects with two HDMI inputs and the switch provides two HDMI outputs for your monitors.

What does 4K 60Hz actually give me on my desk?

It supports 3840×2160 at 60 Hz and 2560×1440 at 144 Hz per monitor, so you get full 4K clarity or high-refresh 1440p gaming on both screens.

Does the HDMI 2.0 limit cap my 4K 144 Hz monitor?

Yes — HDMI 2.0 tops out at 4K 60 Hz; 4K 144 Hz needs more bandwidth than this switch can pass.
