Miniature Liquidtight Cord Connector

The Hubbell HJ1011G is a straight nylon cord connector that provides a liquidtight seal for a single cable. It suits installers who need a compact gland for tight enclosures and exposed runs. The gray body blends with standard conduit and panel finishes. It is rated by CSA and UL for ordinary locations only.

Nylon Construction with Spiral Strain Relief

Both the connector body and the external strain relief are moulded from nylon for chemical resistance and impact strength. The spiral relief extends 1.25 in beyond the gland to distribute bending forces along the cable jacket. A 1/4 in MNPT thread secures the fitting into a threaded hub or knockout. The overall length from box face to connector end is .9 in.

Cable Diameter Range .14 in to .20 in

This connector accepts only cables with an outside diameter between .14 in and .20 in. Cables thinner than .14 in will not seal; thicker cables will not enter the gland. Buyers who need to terminate larger cords must select a different fitting. The fitting carries no hazardous-location rating.
