An 8 GB DDR3 registered ECC DIMM running at 1333 MHz with 1.35 V low-voltage operation for compatible IBM servers
This 8GB registered DIMM runs at 1333 MHz with a low 1.35 V operating voltage and CL9 latency. It is built for IBM server platforms that require error-correcting memory in a 240-pin form factor.
Verify that your system accepts DDR3 registered ECC modules at 1.35 V and supports the PC3L-10600 standard. The motherboard must provide 240-pin DIMM slots and be listed among the compatible IBM models such as the DX360 M3, X3400 M3, X3500 M3, X3550 M3, X3620 M3, X3630 M4, X3650 M3 or X3755 M3.
The module measures 1.2 inches wide by 5.3 inches long with a 150 mil thickness, allowing it to sit in tight chassis alongside other DIMMs. Its registered signal processing reduces electrical load on the memory controller, freeing capacity for larger memory configurations in supported IBM servers.
