IBM Refurbished
Refurbished eight-core Xeon processor running at 2.2 GHz with 16 MB cache and 7.2 GT/s QPI for socket FCLGA2011
This processor delivers eight cores operating at 2.2 GHz with a 16 MB smart cache. It uses a 7.2 GT/s QPI link and fits the FCLGA2011 socket on a 32 nm process with a 95 W thermal design.
Suits servers needing an eight-core Xeon in the FCLGA2011 platform. Not for systems requiring a different socket, higher core counts, or lower power envelopes.

Align the notches on the processor with the socket keys, lower it gently without forcing, close the retention lever fully, then apply thermal paste before mounting the heatsink — skipping the paste causes overheating.
Reapply thermal paste every two to three years or whenever the heatsink is removed; dust the heatsink fins regularly to maintain airflow for the 95 W TDP.
