It is designed for owners who want an aftermarket head unit while keeping the original steering wheel audio controls and other factory convenience features.

Vehicle-Specific Harness Required

The interface connects to a required vehicle-specific harness, sold separately, which handles the wiring needed to retain the factory amplifier if present and integrate all stereo connections. Three programmable outputs are provided to control relay-driven aftermarket accessories, and a dedicated port allows connection to select Escort radar detectors.

Retains Factory Features With Compatible Receivers

When paired with select Kenwood, Alpine, Pioneer, Sony or JVC touchscreen receivers, the module preserves factory systems such as OnStar, SYNC and Uconnect.
