5MP Wireless Solar Security Camera

This battery-powered network camera installs without wiring and targets homeowners who want a single outdoor unit that recharges from an optional solar panel. It records in 2K ultra-high definition and stores footage locally on a card up to 128 GB or in free cloud storage. The IP65-rated housing withstands rain and dust for year-round mounting. Two-way audio and Alexa voice control complete the wire-free package.

33ft Color Night Vision

The camera captures full-colour video at distances up to 33 feet after dark, so faces and clothing remain identifiable without infrared glow. Three selectable alarm modes — sound, light, or both — activate instantly when motion is detected, deterring intruders before they reach the door. Daytime 2K resolution preserves detail for evidence review. This single specification decides whether the unit covers the required perimeter after sunset.

Ideal for Renters and DIY Owners

The 5200 mAh battery delivers up to six months standby or 1.5 to two months of daily triggers, suiting properties where running power cables is impractical. Buyers who need continuous 24/7 recording without solar assistance, or who require more than one camera in a single kit, should look at multi-camera wired systems instead.
