Outdoor floodlight camera

The ieGeek ZY-E1 is a wired 2K network camera built for outdoor security. It combines a 3 MP sensor with twin 2600 lm floodlights and a 110 dB siren. The unit connects over 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi and is managed through the ieGeek Cam or CloudEdge app. It suits homeowners who want colour night vision and active deterrence in one fixture.

Thermals noise and power

The IP65-rated housing protects the electronics from rain and dust across a wide temperature range. Mains power at AC 100 V to 240 V feeds the camera, lights and siren without a separate adapter. In normal operation the LED floodlights run cool and the siren only sounds on motion events, keeping everyday noise to a minimum.

2.4 GHz Wi-Fi only

This camera connects exclusively to 2.4 GHz networks and will not join a 5 GHz band. It also lacks ONVIF, NVR, FTP and PTSP support, so it cannot be integrated into many third-party recording systems. Buyers who need 5 GHz connectivity or standard surveillance protocols should choose a different model.

Clean the two 6000K LED lenses and the 150° motion sensor window periodically so dirt does not reduce the 2600 lumen output or detection range. Check the microSD card health if you use 7×24 h recording.

What limit appears first during continuous recording?

The free cloud tier stores only 6-second clips on a 7-day rolling loop. For uninterrupted footage you must add a microSD card; the camera itself has no internal storage limit.
