iGo XWJ-6PCS 6-Pack Microfiber Towels 16"×12" Exterior Care

Six-Pack Microfiber Towels for Vehicle Exteriors

This set contains six microfiber towels measuring 16 by 12 inches each. They are designed for car detailing tasks such as drying, polishing and dust removal. The pack suits owners who want a ready supply of cloths for regular exterior maintenance.

Limits of Microfiber for Heavy Contamination

Microfiber works well on loose dust and fresh water but cannot dissolve bonded tar, dried bird droppings or tree sap without a dedicated chemical cleaner. The cloths also lack abrasive fibres, so they will not correct paint defects or remove oxidation. Users needing paint correction must use a separate compound and pad.

Capacity and Headroom for Typical Detailing Jobs

Six towels provide enough clean surface area to dry a standard saloon or SUV without reusing a saturated cloth. The 0.2-inch pile holds a useful volume of water before wringing is required. For larger vehicles such as vans or boats, or for multi-car sessions, the pack may run out of fresh sides and extra towels become necessary.
