The box contains the KVM switch, two USB 3.0 cables, a power adapter, a wired remote button and a user manual. HDMI cables are not included and must be purchased separately.

My two computers each have dual HDMI outputs. Which ports on the KVM do I use for each PC?

Connect the first computer to HD IN1 A, HD IN1 B and USB IN1. Connect the second computer to HD IN2 A, HD IN2 B and USB IN2.

Will I get 4K at 60 Hz on both monitors from every computer?

The switch supports 4K@60Hz on both outputs, but the actual resolution depends on each computer's graphics card. If a GPU only drives one 4K stream, the second monitor will fall back to a lower mode.
