Dual Monitor KVM Switch for Two Computers

This HDMI KVM switch lets one keyboard, one mouse and two monitors control two separate computers. It supports both copy mode, where both screens show the same image, and extended mode, where each screen shows a different desktop. The unit includes four USB 3.0 ports so peripherals such as printers or external drives can be shared between the two systems. No extra software is required for Windows, macOS or Linux.

HDMI 2.0 Bandwidth Limits Resolution and Refresh

The switch uses HDMI 2.0 links, which cap video at 3840×2160 at 60 Hz. Higher refresh rates or resolutions beyond 4K cannot be passed through this device. HDR and HDCP signals are supported within that bandwidth envelope. Each computer must provide two HDMI outputs to drive both monitors in extended mode; a single-HDMI laptop cannot use the dual-monitor extended feature.

Four USB 3.0 Ports Share Peripherals at 5 Gbps

The built-in hub provides four USB 3.0 ports operating at up to 5 Gbps, allowing two computers to share keyboards, mice, storage or scanners without re-plugging cables. Switching between computers is done by front-panel buttons or the included wired desktop controller. The unit ships with a 12 V power adapter and two USB 3.0 A-to-A cables for host connections.
