This IHDAPP KVM switch lets two computers or laptops share one HDMI monitor and a single set of USB peripherals. Switching between the connected systems takes roughly two to five seconds using the front push buttons. The unit is powered entirely through the USB-C cable provided, so no external power brick is required. It is a compact solution for desk setups that need to toggle between two sources.

4K60 video with 5 Gbps USB 3.0 hub

The HDMI 2.0 connection supports resolutions up to 4K at 60 Hz and is backward compatible with 1080p, 720p and 480p signals. Four USB 3.0 ports provide up to 5 Gbps bandwidth for keyboards, mice, printers, webcams and flash drives, while remaining compatible with USB 2.0 and 1.1 devices. Peripherals drawing more than 10 W are not supported, so bus-powered hard drives may need their own supply.

Passive cooling and silent operation

With no fan or active cooling, the switch runs silently and draws minimal power from the host USB-C connection. LED indicators show which computer is currently active.
