Gundam RX-78-2 Limited Keyboard and Mouse

This limited-edition set pairs an 87-key mechanical keyboard with a 5000 DPI optical mouse. Cherry MX Red switches provide linear actuation for gaming and typing. The white and blue colour scheme references the RX-78-2 mobile suit. Both peripherals connect through a single 2.4 GHz wireless receiver.

Compact 87-Key Layout with 2.4 GHz Wireless

The tenkeyless form factor measures 362 by 137 by 42 mm and weighs 1.07 kg, freeing desk space for mouse movement. A 1.5 m USB cable is included for wired use or charging. Six-key anti-ghosting and multimedia shortcuts are built in. The mouse offers five buttons and a scroll wheel shaped for right-hand use.

5000 DPI Sensor with Four Preset Steps

The mouse cycles through 500, 1500, 3000 and 5000 DPI settings for different sensitivity needs. Optical tracking handles fast swipes on most surfaces. Keyboard standby reaches six months on a single charge. Users who need a numpad, macro keys or a bundled mouse pad should look elsewhere.

Questions about this item

How long will the keyboard run on a single charge before I need to recharge it?

The manufacturer rates the keyboard for a 6-month long standby time under typical use.

How much heat or fan noise does the keyboard produce during all-day sessions?

The keyboard has no active cooling and its mechanical switches generate negligible heat, so it stays silent and cool even after hours of use.

Does the mouse need any extra software or drivers to reach its 5000 DPI setting?

The mouse works plug-and-play over the 2.4 GHz receiver; no additional software is required to switch between the 500, 1500, 3000 and 5000 DPI levels.
