Two-pack Cat5e cables for wired networks

This pack supplies two Cat5e patch cables, each seven feet long, terminated with male RJ-45 connectors on both ends. They are built for standard Base-T Ethernet links between routers, switches, computers and other wired network devices. The blue jackets make the runs easy to identify in a busy rack or desk setup. Buyers who need longer runs, shielded construction or Cat6 performance should look elsewhere.

Simple push-in installation with basic checks

Each connector clicks into an RJ-45 port without tools, so the cables are ready to use straight from the bag. The most common issue is a tab that breaks off after repeated unplugging, leaving the connection loose. Inspect the boot before routing the cable and avoid sharp bends near the plug to keep the latch intact. A cable tester can verify the pin-out if a link fails to come up.

Questions about this item

How can I verify the 7 ft CAT5e cables are working correctly after connecting them?

Plug each cable into a router and a device, then confirm the link lights illuminate and run a speed test to ensure stable connectivity.
