Indoor Sanitary Waste Receptacle

The Impact 1102 is a plastic sanitary napkin receptacle designed for indoor washrooms. It empties from the bottom so hands never touch the contents, preventing the spread of disease or cross-contamination. The unit operates by pulling the bottom forward, allowing the liner to drop automatically into a waste receptacle. It is suited for facilities that prioritise hygienic, no-touch disposal.

Compatibility and Mounting Check

Verify that the intended location offers a flat vertical surface for the wall-mountable hardware or sufficient floor space for a single or double unit arrangement. The receptacle measures 10.6 inches in height, 9 inches in width and 4.6 inches in depth, so confirm these dimensions suit the available clearance. No electrical or plumbing connections are required for installation.

Upgrade from Open Bins

This receptacle replaces open or top-loading bins that expose waste and require hand contact during emptying. The bottom-release mechanism eliminates direct handling of soiled liners, reducing contamination risk for cleaning staff. The jump is worth it when a facility needs a compliant, sanitary solution for feminine hygiene waste that streamlines the servicing process.

Questions about this item

Does the IMPACT 1102 come with a liner or do I need to buy bags separately?

Each unit includes one complimentary waxed bag so you can use it immediately; additional bags are sold separately.

Should I choose the wall-mounted or freestanding version of the 1102?

The same receptacle works both ways — mount it on the wall or place one or two units on the floor.

How does the 10.6" height affect emptying the 1102 in a busy washroom?

The bottom pulls forward and the liner drops straight into a waste bin so staff never touch the contents.
