Fanless Mini PC for Industrial Use

The Inctel I11-8250U-32G512G is a fanless mini desktop built around an Intel Core i5 8250U processor running at 1.60GHz. It ships with Windows 10 Pro, 32GB of DDR4 memory and a 512GB SSD. The aluminium chassis acts as a heatsink, allowing continuous 24-hour operation in noise-sensitive or dusty environments.

Mounting and I/O Considerations

The unit includes mounting ears for wall or DIN-rail installation and accepts DC 12V 3A input via a 100-240V AC adapter. Six COM ports support RS232, RS422 and RS485 modes switchable in BIOS, while dual Intel i211 LAN, VGA, HDMI, four USB 3.0 and four USB 2.0 ports cover most legacy and modern peripherals. Ensure the mounting surface allows airflow over the case fins.

Suited for Edge and Control Tasks

This system suits integrators deploying gateways, signage players or machine controllers that require serial connectivity and silent reliability. It is not intended for buyers who need discrete graphics performance, higher CPU core counts, or internal 2.5-inch drive bays beyond the single supported slot.

Questions about this item

How do I verify the fanless I11-8250U-32G512G is running correctly after first boot?

Check that Windows 10 Pro loads, both Intel i211 Gigabit LAN ports show link lights, and the Intel UHD Graphics 620 drives VGA and HDMI displays simultaneously without a fan noise.

What ships in the box and what must I source separately for this 32GB DDR4, 512GB SSD mini PC?

The unit, a DC 12V 3A power adapter, and mounting ears are included; a monitor, keyboard, mouse, and any 2.5-inch HDD or additional M.2 2280 / mSATA drives are not.

Which configuration should I choose if I need the 1.60GHz i5-8250U with 32GB DDR4 and 512GB storage?

Select the I11-8250U-32G512G model; it matches that exact CPU, memory capacity, and SSD size, while other listed CPUs such as i7-7560U or i7-10510U are different SKUs.
