Bright XGA projector for budget presentations

The InFocus IN0004SL is a portable DLP business projector built around a native 1024 x 768 resolution and 4000 lm output. Its 4:3 aspect ratio matches legacy presentation formats and classroom screens. The unit accepts 1080p input signals and scales them to the XGA panel for compatibility with modern sources.

Long-life lamp with standard throw

Rated lamp life reaches 15000 hours in normal mode, reducing replacement frequency for daily meeting-room use. A 30000:1 contrast ratio supports readable text and clear graphics under typical office lighting. The standard-throw lens requires conventional placement distances from the screen.

HDMI and USB connectivity included

An HDMI port carries digital video and audio from laptops or media players. A USB port provides direct playback for supported file types or firmware updates. Preset modes such as Room, Presentation and Cinema adjust colour and brightness for different content without extra software.

Questions about this item

How do I mount the IN0004SL projector and which setting do installers often forget?

The unit is designed for front projection; after positioning, select the correct front-table mode in the on-screen menu so the image is not inverted.

When will the lamp need replacement and how long does it last in normal mode?

The lamp is rated for 15000 hours in normal mode, so plan a replacement once the hour counter approaches that figure.

What brightness loss appears first during long meetings with the 4000 lm output?

Sustained use gradually reduces lamp output; the 4000 lumen rating will dim over time as the 15000-hour lamp life is consumed.
