Questions about this item

Which source device and cable do I need to connect to the HDMI ports on this projector?

Connect any device with an HDMI output — laptop, media player or games console — using a standard HDMI cable to one of the two HDMI inputs.

Can I keep using my older 4:3 or 16:9 laptop with the 16:10 native resolution of 1280 x 800?

Yes, the projector accepts 1080p and other common signals and scales them to the 16:10 WXGA panel without losing the image.

How can I verify the lamp is running in the 15000-hour normal mode after setup?

Open the on-screen menu and check the lamp-hour counter; it should show zero or a low count and the mode set to normal for the rated 15000 hours.
