Ready-to-present business projector

The InFocus IN114xa is a DLP projector built for meeting rooms and classrooms that need a bright, reliable image. Its 3800 ANSI lumen output keeps slides readable with lights on, while the 4:3 native resolution matches legacy content without scaling.

Brightness headroom and lamp economy

At full power the lamp delivers 3800 lumens for 6000 hours; switching to Eco drops output to 2800 lumens and extends life to 15000 hours. The 26000:1 contrast ratio handles text-heavy slides well, though very dark video scenes will show limited shadow detail.

Connectivity and built-in tools

Dual HDMI 1.4b ports, two VGA inputs and a VGA output cover modern and legacy sources, while RS-232 allows centralised control. A 3 W mono speaker handles voice audio without external gear, and Blackboard Mode plus vertical keystone correction simplify setup on coloured walls or uneven surfaces.

Questions about this item

Will the IN114xa’s VGA and HDMI ports let me keep using my older laptop and a newer streaming stick at the same time?

Yes, the projector provides two HDMI 1.4b inputs and two VGA D-Sub 15-pin inputs so you can connect legacy and current sources simultaneously.

How can I confirm the lamp is operating correctly after installation?

The on-screen menu reports lamp hours; a genuine SP-LAMP-097 shows low hours and the projector runs at 31 dB in normal mode or 28 dB in Eco mode.

Does the box include a ceiling mount or do I need to buy one separately?

The package contains the projector, power cord, VGA cable, remote control, batteries and user documentation; a ceiling mount is not included.
