Z Fold Check for Pressure Seal Mailing

This paper is designed for businesses that print and mail secure documents in-house using pressure seal equipment. Each sheet accepts laser printing and folds into a sealed mailer without envelopes. The box contains 2000 sheets ready for cheque or statement runs.

Pressure Seal Process Limits

The form must pass through a pressure sealer to create the tamper evident seal, so a compatible machine is required. Without that equipment the sheets remain flat and cannot be mailed as self contained pieces. Postal compliance applies only after the sealing step is completed.

Straightforward Laser Print and Seal

Load the paper into a standard laser printer, print the variable data, then feed the output into the pressure sealer for folding and sealing. Misfeeds typically occur when printer trays are overfilled or when the sealer rollers need cleaning. The minimum six month shelf life means stock should be rotated to avoid degraded seal quality.
