Pressure-seal check paper

This 8-1/2" x 11" Z-fold form uses pressure-activated adhesive to create a self-mailing check without envelopes. The red marble stock includes microprinting, a hidden void pantograph, thermochromic ink on the reverse and a watermark for basic security. Each box contains 2000 sheets with a minimum six-month shelf life.

Replaces manual folding and stuffing

The single-sheet design removes the separate folding, inserting and sealing steps required when using standard checks with envelopes. The upgrade is worth it when mail volume makes hand assembly a bottleneck and when a visible void pattern plus thermochromic ink meet the required fraud-deterrence level.

Feeds through pressure-seal equipment

Sheets run through compatible pressure-seal machines that apply the burst pressure to activate the adhesive. Misfeeds usually come from humidity curling the stock or from running the paper past its six-month shelf life, which degrades the adhesive coating. Store flat in original packaging until the job starts.
