Questions about this item

Do I need a 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi router for the INC005 camera to connect?

Yes, the camera only supports 2.4 GHz wireless frequency, so your router must broadcast a 2.4 GHz network for the initial setup and daily operation.

Will the 5 W solar panel keep the 7800 mAh battery charged if I also run a legacy 1080p NVR over the RJ45 port?

The RJ45 connection provides a wired network link only; the solar panel charges the internal battery independently, so NVR usage does not reduce the panel’s ability to maintain the 7800 mAh pack.

How can I confirm the camera is recording 2K video at 12 fps after mounting it outdoors?

Open the mobile app live view, trigger the PIR sensor, then play back the clip on the TF card — smooth 1920×1080 footage at 12 fps with colour night vision confirms the system is working as intended.
