Foam Bags for Protective Shipping

Instapak Quick IQRT10 expandable foam bags arrive flat and expand on contact to cushion items inside cartons. The blue bags measure 15 by 18 inches and are sold in packs of 36. They suit shippers who need fast, custom-fit void fill without pre-shaped inserts.

Capacity and Headroom for Single Boxes

Each bag expands to fill the empty space around one product, adapting to irregular shapes up to the bag footprint. A pack of 36 covers 36 individual shipments, so high-volume days require multiple packs. The system runs out when the box interior exceeds the 15 by 18 inch footprint or when the pack is depleted.

Expandable Foam Technology Decides Fit

The chemistry creates foam in seconds, locking the item in place without cutting or taping loose fill. Buyers who need pre-formed corner blocks, anti-static properties, or bags larger than 15 by 18 inches will need a different solution.

Questions about this item

Will the 15 x 18 inch bags fit around items I already pack in smaller boxes?

Each bag expands to 15 by 18 inches, so it will wrap items that fit within those dimensions; measure your product first to confirm clearance.

How do I know the foam has cured correctly after I activate a bag?

The foam rises and firms within seconds; a fully cured bag feels rigid and holds its shape without collapsing when pressed.

Does the pack of 36 include the activator or any dispensing equipment?

The IQRT10 bags are self-contained — squeeze to mix the chemicals and the foam expands; no separate activator or dispenser is required.
