Instapak Quick IQRT20B RT Expandable Foam Bags

Instapak Quick IQRT20B RT Expandable Foam Bags are protective packaging supplies designed for shippers who need on-demand cushioning. Each bag expands to fill voids and brace items inside cartons. The bulk pack contains 128 units ready for high-volume fulfilment operations.

18 x 18 inch capacity with 128-bag bulk supply

The 18 by 18 inch bags suit medium-sized cartons and a range of product shapes. A single pack of 128 bags supports extended shipping runs without frequent reordering. Very large or heavy items may exceed the cushioning volume these bags provide.

Blue expandable foam format

The blue foam bags activate and expand at the packing station to conform around contents. This format eliminates the need for loose fill or pre-formed inserts. Buyers who require pre-shaped inserts or non-expanding wrap should select a different packaging style.

Questions about this item

Will the 18" x 18" foam bags protect a vintage CRT monitor I still ship?

The bags expand on contact to form a custom cushion around the monitor, and the 18-inch square footprint covers most CRT chassis dimensions.

How can I confirm the foam has expanded correctly before sealing the box?

Press the inflated bag; it should feel firm and hold the item immobile when you shake the carton gently.

Does the bulk pack of 128 include the activator or must I order it separately?

Each bag is self-contained; squeezing the inner seal mixes the chemicals so no separate activator is required.
