Server processor with 2.00 GHz clock speed and FCLGA4677 socket for compatible systems
This Intel Xeon Gold 6414U processor operates at 2.00 GHz and uses the FCLGA4677 socket. It belongs to the Sapphire Rapids series and carries the SRM73 model code. The unit is sold as a clean pull with minor cosmetic signs of prior use. It has been tested to OEM specifications and contains no deep scratches exposing copper, no missing capacitors and no separating green board.
Thermal performance and acoustic profile depend on the server platform and cooling solution chosen by the system builder. Power draw scales with workload and the specific chassis configuration. No manufacturer specifications for TDP, fan curves or idle noise are supplied with this component.
The processor requires an FCLGA4677 motherboard and compatible server memory, storage and power delivery. It frees up PCIe lanes and memory channels for multi-socket scaling and high-throughput networking. Buyers who need a retail-boxed CPU with a manufacturer warranty or an integrated cooler should look elsewhere. The package contains the CPU only.

Align the triangle marker on the SRM73 with the socket corner, lower the CPU straight down without force, then close the load plate and torque the retention screws in a cross pattern to the board maker's spec.
Reapply thermal compound when temperatures rise above baseline and verify the heatsink mounting pressure has not relaxed after thermal cycling.
The package thermal limit triggers first, causing the firmware to reduce frequency until the cooling solution dissipates the sustained power draw.
