S/FTP shielding and snag-free boots

Overall aluminium braid plus aluminium-mylar foil around each pair suppresses alien crosstalk and EMI in dense bundles. Gold-plated RJ45 contacts resist oxidation, while the moulded snag-free boots protect the latch during repeated insertion and removal.

10 Gbps headroom to 330 ft

The 26 AWG stranded conductors deliver 500 MHz bandwidth and support 10GBase-T across the full 330 ft channel allowance. At 100 ft this cable leaves ample margin for patch-panel and equipment cords, but it cannot extend a link beyond the 330 ft standard limit.
