Ultra-thin Cat6 10-pack

This ten-pack of Cat6 U/UTP patch cables uses 30 AWG stranded copper conductors in a slim profile. Each green cable measures 0.5 ft and terminates in gold-plated RJ45 connectors with snag-free boots. The pure bare copper construction supports Power over Ethernet up to IEEE 802.3bt for powering devices through the network link.

250 MHz bandwidth limit

The Cat6 rating guarantees performance up to 250 MHz, which carries 10 Gbps over very short runs but drops to 1 Gbps once the channel exceeds the standard distance for that frequency. Unshielded twisted-pair design leaves the cables more susceptible to alien crosstalk in dense bundles than shielded alternatives. The stranded conductors add flexibility but increase insertion loss compared with solid-core cable.

Dense-cabinet headroom

The ultra-thin diameter improves airflow and eases routing in crowded racks, patch panels and cable managers where space is at a premium. Ten 0.5 ft cords cover multiple device-to-switch links in a single enclosure without the bulk of standard patch leads.
