Wall-mounted infrared thermometer for shared spaces

This white infrared thermometer mounts on a wall and measures forehead temperature in about one second without contact. It is designed for offices, schools, shops, factories and other locations where many people pass through and handheld devices would slow the flow.

Check power and mounting before ordering

The unit runs on DC 4.2 V to 5 V supplied through a USB connection or a power bank, so a nearby USB port or adapter is required. It can be fixed with a nail hook, double-sided tape or a bracket, and the operating environment must stay between 16 °C and 35 °C for accurate readings.

Replaces handheld forehead guns

Handheld guns need an operator and risk cross-infection, while thermal imaging doors are expensive to install. This device gives automatic measurement at 5 cm to 15 cm distance, sounds an alarm with flashing light when temperature exceeds the normal range, and stores readings in memory. The jump is worth it when you need continuous, hands-free screening for high-traffic entrances.

Questions about this item

What comes in the box and what power source do I need to add?

The unit includes the thermometer with digital display and mounting options for nail hook, double-sided tape or bracket; you must supply a USB charger or power bank delivering DC 4.2 V–5 V.

Which measurement scale should I select for the 32 °C–42 °C range?

Choose Celsius for direct 0.2 °C accuracy or Fahrenheit for 0.4 °F accuracy; both cover the same 32 °C–42 °C span and switch on the device.

How does the ±0.2 °C accuracy perform at a 5 cm–15 cm stand-off?

Within the 5 cm–15 cm measuring distance the sensor delivers ±0.2 °C (0.4 °F) accuracy in 1 second, triggering a flashing light and audible alarm if the reading exceeds the set threshold.
