Ironguard Arrow Spot Light 600 lm

The Ironguard 70-1116 Arrow Spot Light delivers a focused red beam pattern designed for safety boundary marking on forklifts and industrial vehicles. Its LED source produces up to 600 lumens and projects light up to 20 feet. The aluminium housing carries an IP67 rating for dust and water resistance. It operates on a wide 12-60V DC range with blunt-cut wires for direct wiring.

Suited for forklift safety zones needing a clear

This light fits operators who want a dedicated arrow-shaped beam to mark travel paths or exclusion areas around lift trucks. The red lens and housing keep the signal consistent in low-light warehouses. Buyers needing a wide flood pattern, white or amber output, or a different mounting style should look at other models.

Bracket and mounting hardware simplify installation

The included bracket and mounting hardware let maintenance teams bolt the unit to the front or rear of compatible forklifts without sourcing extra parts. Blunt-cut wires allow direct connection to the vehicle’s 12-60V DC system. CE marking confirms compliance with relevant European safety standards.

Questions about this item

What voltage supply is needed for the 12-60V DC Arrow Spot Light?

The light operates on any DC source between 12 and 60 volts, so a forklift battery or regulated power supply in that range will power it.

Can the IP67 Arrow Spot Light share a 12-60V DC bus with older forklift lamps?

Yes, it draws power from the same 12-60V DC system used by existing forklift lighting, and the blunt-cut wires let you splice into the common bus.

How do I confirm the 600 lm red arrow projection is aligned correctly after mounting?

Power the unit and verify the red arrow pattern reaches the full 20 ft distance on the floor with a sharp, square-edged beam.
