Front-Panel Bezel for D-406-ND

The iStarUSA Bezel-BLACK-400 is a black aluminium front bezel designed specifically for the D-406-ND server chassis. It includes an integrated ABS filter tray that protects internal components from dust while maintaining airflow. The unit meets RoHS compliance standards and measures 7.5" x 4.5" x 0.8".

Compatibility Check Before Ordering

Verify that your chassis is the exact D-406-ND model, as the mounting points and dimensions are matched to that enclosure. Ensure the 7.5" width and 4.5" height align with your front-panel opening. Confirm you have the necessary screws or clips for installation, since none are supplied with the bezel.

Suits Dust-Prone Rack Builds

This accessory suits administrators who need a removable, washable filter to reduce dust buildup in rackmount servers. It is not for builders using any chassis other than the D-406-ND, nor for those requiring a bezel with a lockable door or integrated status display. Buyers needing a different finish or larger filter area should look elsewhere.

Questions about this item

What comes in the box with the Bezel-BLACK-400 and does it include the D-406-ND chassis?

The package contains the black aluminum front bezel with its integrated ABS filter tray; the D-406-ND server chassis is a separate product and is not included.

How do I decide between the Bezel-BLACK-400 and other front-panel options for the D-406-ND?

Choose this bezel when you need a 7.5" x 4.5" x .8" aluminum face with a removable, washable ABS filter that adds filtered airflow to the D-406-ND.

What does the 7.5" x 4.5" x .8" size mean once the bezel is fitted to the D-406-ND?

Those dimensions match the D-406-ND front opening, so the bezel sits flush, covers the drive bays, and the filter tray slides out for cleaning without tools.
