This tray-less cage converts a single 5.25" bay into a hot-swap slot for one 3.5" SAS or SATA drive. It supports 12Gb/s transfer rates and accommodates drives up to 14TB. The aluminium chassis and optional 40mm fan improve heat dissipation. A metal key lock secures the drive against unauthorised removal.

The all-aluminium construction passively conducts heat away from the installed drive. An optional 40mm fan can be fitted for active cooling under sustained workloads.
