6U Wallmount Server Rack

The iStarUSA WOM680-CM2U is a 6U open-frame wallmount rack built from cold-rolled steel. It provides a 19-inch mounting width and adjustable depth to accommodate standard rack equipment in server rooms or network closets.

Verify Wall Structure And Clearance

Confirm the mounting surface can support the assembled frame and attached hardware. Ensure at least 800 mm of depth clearance is available for the fully extended position and that the 20.9-inch width fits the intended wall space.

Suits Compact Network Deployments

This rack fits small offices, research labs or home labs needing a few rack units without a full cabinet. It is not for installers who require lockable side panels, integrated cooling fans or a deeper fixed chassis for heavy blade servers.

Questions about this item

Does the Claytek WOM680-CM2U ship with the 2U cable-management panel or is that a separate purchase?

The package includes the rack frame and one 2U cable-management panel, so nothing extra is required for basic cable routing.

What does the 800 mm depth figure tell me about the equipment I can mount?

The frame depth adjusts up to 800 mm, letting you install both shallow and deep 19-inch devices within the same 6U enclosure.

How much vertical space does the 6U height actually give inside a standard 19-inch rack?

Six rack units provide 13.7 inches of usable vertical mounting room for servers, switches or patch panels.
