What this adapter does

The iTekiro 65W USB-C AC adapter powers Lenovo ThinkPad L390 Yoga and L480 models through a USB Type-C connection. It delivers up to 65 watts across five voltage steps from 5V to 20V, matching the device's own power negotiation. The unit ships with a 6 ft AC cord and a 6 ft DC cord for extended reach.

Replacing a 45W or 65W Lenovo charger

This adapter replaces genuine Lenovo 45W and 65W chargers, so it covers both the original 45W supply and the higher-capacity 65W option. The jump is worth it when the original charger is lost, damaged, or when a single spare must serve both power ratings. Input handles 100 to 240V at 50 to 60Hz for worldwide use.

Suited for ThinkPad L390 Yoga and L480 owners

Buyers with a ThinkPad L390 Yoga 20NTS0J500 or any L480 variant listed will find a direct fit. Users of other USB-C laptops that accept 5V, 9V, 12V, 15V or 20V up to 3.25A can also use it. Buyers who need a barrel-tip connector or a higher wattage than 65W should look elsewhere.

Questions about this item

How long are the AC and DC power cords on the 65W USB-C adapter?

Both the 2-prong AC cord and the DC output cord are 6 ft long, giving a total reach of 12 ft without an extension cable.

Does the adapter require any driver installation or setup before it charges a ThinkPad L390 Yoga or L480?

No driver is needed; plug the USB-C connector into the laptop and the AC cord into a 100–240 V outlet, and the adapter negotiates 5 V, 9 V, 12 V, 15 V or 20 V automatically.

What part of the adapter is most likely to wear out first and need replacement?

The 6 ft DC cable and USB-C plug endure the most flexing; inspect them periodically for fraying or loose contacts and replace the cable if damage appears.
