Questions about this item

How can I confirm the adapter is charging my ThinkPad X280 at the full 65W?

The laptop's battery indicator will show charging and the power meter in the operating system will report a 65W input when the system demands full power.

What cables are included and do I need to buy a separate USB-C cable?

The box contains a 6 ft UL listed 2-prong AC cord and a 6 ft DC cord with a fixed USB-C connector; no extra USB-C cable is required.

Should I choose this 65W model over a 45W charger for my X390?

This 65W unit replaces both genuine 45W and 65W Lenovo chargers, so it covers the X390's needs and provides headroom for heavier loads.
