Compatible ThinkPad L13 Gen 2 charger

This 65W USB-C AC adapter replaces genuine Lenovo 45W and 65W chargers for ThinkPad L13 Gen 2 models including 20VH and 20VJ series. It delivers power through a USB Type-C connection that adjusts output voltage to match the device specification. The unit is designed for home, office or mobile use.

Power Delivery voltage range and cord length

The adapter supplies 5V, 9V, 12V, 15V or 20V at up to 3.25A, automatically negotiating the correct level for the connected laptop. A 6 ft UL-listed 2-prong AC cord and a 6 ft DC cord give a combined reach that removes the need for extension leads. Input accepts 100 to 240V at 50 to 60Hz for worldwide operation.

Replaces older 45W or 65W Lenovo bricks

Users with a worn, lost or lower-wattage original charger gain a direct replacement that matches the factory 65W rating and adds longer cables. The ruggedised case resists moisture and humidity, while internal protection filters voltage spikes and limits output current. Buyers who need a higher-wattage supply for larger ThinkPad models cannot use this adapter.

Questions about this item

Which power rating matches my ThinkPad L13 Gen 2 — 45 W or 65 W?

The adapter delivers up to 65 W and automatically adjusts down to 45 W, so it covers both original charger ratings listed for the L13 Gen 2.

What does the 65 W rating mean when I plug it into my laptop?

It means the brick can supply up to 65 W; the laptop draws only what it needs — 5 V, 9 V, 12 V, 15 V or 20 V at up to 3.25 A — so charging stays fast and within the device's own limits.

Does the USB-C connector use Power Delivery and what voltage steps does it support?

Yes, it follows the Power Delivery specification and negotiates 5 V, 9 V, 12 V, 15 V or 20 V output depending on what the connected ThinkPad requests.
