ITSKINS Spectrum Frost Case for AirPods 3 Olive Green

Slim Frosted Case for AirPods 3

The ITSKINS Spectrum Frost is a fitted silicone skin made for the 2021 third-generation AirPods. Its olive green tint lets the original charging case show through while adding a thin layer of everyday protection. The design targets owners who want grip and scratch defence without the bulk of a hard shell. Eco-conscious buyers will note the 100% recyclable material claim.

Impact Absorption and Raised Edges

HEXOTEK cushioning is rated for drops up to 3M or 10 feet, giving confidence when the case slips from a pocket or bag. The slim profile keeps the charging case pocketable and compatible with wireless charging pads. Raised edges sit above the hinge and LED area to shield contact points from surface scratches. The gel-like rubber stays flexible in cold weather and resists yellowing over time.

Limits of a Slim Silicone Skin

The frosted finish improves grip but does not seal out dust or moisture, so lint can still collect around the hinge. Protection is rated for 3M drops onto flat surfaces; sharp edges or heavy crushing forces exceed the design envelope. The olive green tint is fixed and cannot be swapped for another colour without buying a separate case. Buyers who want water resistance, a carabiner loop or a built-in lanyard attachment will need a different style of cover.
