The cable fits users who want a single cable for presentations, extended desktop or mirrored display on a TV, monitor or projector. It does not suit buyers who need 4K at 60 Hz, HDR, or an active adapter for non-video USB-C ports. Devices without DisplayPort Alt Mode over USB-C will not work.
