What this camera does

The iZEEKER iG500 is a cellular trail camera built for remote wildlife monitoring where no Wi-Fi exists. It connects over 4G LTE and includes a SIM card with 300MB of trial data so you can start streaming immediately. A 32GB SD card is also supplied for local recording.

How the bundled kit changes use

The included 3W solar panel and 10 ft USB-C cable let you place the panel for best sun exposure while the camera stays shaded. Together with the built-in battery this removes the need for frequent battery swaps in the field.

The spec that decides fit

The camera pans 336° and tilts 90° at 15 fps in 2K resolution, giving near-hemispherical coverage from a single mounting point. If your site requires a full 360° horizontal sweep without blind spots, this model falls just short.

Questions about this item

Will the 32 GB SD card need to be swapped for a larger one once it fills with 2K footage?

The camera records at 2K resolution and 15 fps, so the 32 GB card will fill faster than lower-resolution units; you can replace it with a higher-capacity microSD card when needed.

What is the first limit reached during continuous 360° pan and tilt operation?

The mechanical pan range stops at 336° and tilt at 90°, so the camera cannot rotate a full 360° horizontally or point straight down.

How much heat or noise does the built-in battery and solar charging produce during all-day outdoor use?

The IP65-rated housing and solar panel run silently with no moving cooling parts; only the pan-tilt motors make slight noise when repositioning the lens.
