Dark Green Bag Sealing Tape for Produce & Bakery

JVCC BST-24 is a UPVC film tape coated with solvent-based natural rubber adhesive. It seals polyethylene and other film bags swiftly when used with a bag sealing dispenser. The dark green colour allows quick visual coding for perishable stock age. Typical uses include produce, bakery, candy, floral, newspaper and hardware bags.

180-yard roll at 2.4 mil thickness

The 180-yard length provides extended runs for high-volume sealing stations. At 2.4 mils the film resists tearing during rapid dispensing while remaining flexible enough for tight closures. The rubber adhesive bonds reliably to poly film at room temperature. The roll is also printable for date or lot marking.

Replaces hand-twist ties and generic clear tapes

Operations that still twist bag necks or use standard office tape gain speed and a consistent seal. The colour code eliminates guesswork on product rotation. The jump is worth it when daily bag counts justify a dispenser and when printable identification reduces labelling steps.

Questions about this item

Will the 3/8-inch width fit the bag sealing dispenser I already own?

The tape is 3/8 in wide, matching the standard slot on most tabletop bag sealers; verify your dispenser’s core and width specs before loading.

How can I confirm the 2.4 mil UPVC film with solvent-based natural rubber adhesive is sealing correctly?

A proper seal shows a continuous, wrinkle-free bond across the bag neck; the dark green colour also lets you colour-code perishable age at a glance.

Does the 180-yard roll include a dispenser or core adapter?

The roll is tape only; a compatible bag sealing dispenser and any required core adapter must be purchased separately.
