Ultra-high bond double-sided tape

J.V. Converting Company, Inc. DC-UHB25 is a 25 mil thick structural grade tape built for permanent bonding across many substrates. It suits transportation, automotive, signage, graphic arts, furniture, appliance and RV assembly work. The solid acrylic core replaces mechanical fasteners such as welding, rivets, bolts and screws in rugged metal-to-metal joints.

Solid acrylic core handles weather and temperature

The integral solid acrylic polymer core maintains adhesion through a wide range of weathering and temperature conditions. It is flexible, moldable, compressible and conformable to intricate shapes while remaining easy to apply and cleanly cut. A white polyethylene release liner protects the adhesive until use.

Not suited for low-energy or non-stick surfaces

The tape bonds to most materials including glass, some plastics, composites, sealed wood, metals and painted metals. A thorough evaluation is recommended for low energy surfaces such as PVC, ABS, PE and PP. It is not recommended for bonding Teflon, Tedlar, silicone or EPDM.
